Swarovski "Sea of sparkle" light installation
Immersive installation is a closed space - a rectangular area, which does not get extraneous light. Several transparent water filled reservoirs with sound equipment and a special lighting system placed over the spectators. In the niches of the tanks are "wave generators" – servomotors, creating rhythmic vibrations of the water, simulating tidal waves, ripples, "rain" and so on.
The walls and floor of the installation realized in contrasting color and / or monochrome projection from the water surface, a kind of veiled wavy distortion. Total space immersed in light-color effects. The intensity and nature of the oscillations can change the dynamics of effects.
When injected into the space of the installation, the visitor finds himself in an environment saturated with dynamic reflexes. The easiest way it can be described is as a flare at the bottom of the pool on a sunny day, or reflective sunlight effects, appearing inside the arches of the coastal caves. This study uses 12 independent light sources, which leads to a complex interaction of caustic effects. Spectators traveling inside the space of work, throw multiple dynamic shadows and add means to artistic expression.
This immersive space was used to present the new collection of Swarovski jewelry "Sea of sparkle".

EXODUS
EXODUS is a site-specific kinetic installation, located in the pond of the patio of Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val.
‘EXODUS' is composed of dozens of elements covered with dichroic coating, which are reminiscent of classic magnetic compass needles. Direct sunlight reveals the complicated inner structure of the installation. In the evening, the system of architectural lighting allows to achieve the complex patterns of shadow play on the surface of the gallery building.
Variations of movement, performed by elements at the top and botom of the sculpture form a balanced composition - regardless the spectator's viewpoint. The reflections from the object on the pond’s surface become another expressive feature. This minor architectural form is a reference to futuristic buildings and utopian projects of the Russian “cosmists” - where light and dynamics are the main structural components.

Personal Supernova. Reflective kinetic installation.
Installation «Personal Supernova» represents a cosmology phenomen of a star explosion which is sometime looks like a hourglass. SN 1987A - the scientific designation of this particular supernova. The substance emitted during the outbreak contains the products of thermonuclear fusion. Because of supernovae, the universe as a whole and every galaxy in particular is chemically evolving. The synthesis of heavy elements in supernovae in the course of the evolution of the Universe made possible the existence of life on Earth and, possibly, even the birth of our planetary system.
Light installation «Personal Supernova» made of semitranslucent colored acrylic. Complex reflections occur while this object is exposed by light.

THE CAVE
The body is an 36-inch chrome CRT TV. Instead of the tube on the front of the object - special glass, which becomes transparent when voltage is applied. In the “off” state hand’s outline is projected onto screen surface (a reference to the cave art and the myth of Plato’s cave).
When visitor puts his hand on the outline,TV projection “screen” becomes transparent. Inside the case is a system of aluminum mirrors, lights and figurines of Buddha. Conceptually, it’s a rethought reference to the 1970 pioneer art work
of Nam June Paik, in particular, his famous series “TV Buddha”.
When hand is withdrawn, the “screen” becomes opaque.
